I was skeptical that anything I could buy over the counter would work better than prescription creams from my doctor. Because of the very low absorption rate, there have been no reports of any serious systemic side effects from the use of a topical 1% hydrocortisone product. Side effects have only been reported in cases where people have used very high doses of hydrocortisone for extended periods of time.

These products are EXCELLENT! Prior to the use of these products I was in the emergency room, because of a major eczema flare up.
